Day 2 Practice 2 report

- The start of practice looked rather sloppy. LB Marvin Mitchell intercepted two passes during the walkthrough period and didn't look like he had to even work for. Then RB Pierre Thomas stumbled and fell over some pads during an agility drill to abruptly end the exercise.

- CB Tracy Porter took reps with the third team during his first practice.

- There were a couple of nice plays made back-to-back in the team portion.

S Chris Reis made a juggling interception when QB Mark Brunell overthrew WR Adrian Arrington. Arrington barely got his fingertips on the ball and Reis was behind him where he tipped the ball up to himself and then came down with the pick.

Brunell and Arrington made up for it the next play when Brunell found Arrington on a deep post route up the middle for about 40 yards past an outstretched Jason Craft.

- Kickers Martin Gramatica and Taylor Mehlhaff received their first opportunity to kick field goals in an 11-on-11 setting. Both made their two attempts from 35 yards. Gramatica missed his 40 yarder, while Mehlhaff barely hooked in his attempt.
